    Patient’s Guide

Few things to which you should pay special attention if you start thinking seriously about undergoing plastic surgery:

BEFORE TAKING THE FINAL DECISION ON HAVING PLASTIC SURGERY:

Are you interested in plastic surgery? Try to collect as much information as possible. Consider all the „pros” za and „cons” przeciw. Remember, no surgeon will give you a 100% guarantee, nor any medical procedure is without risk. Talk to patients who had similar procedures to find out what to expect.

WHEN YOU ALREADY DECIDE ON TREATMENT

    CHOOSE THE RIGHT CLINIC

After surgery you will need medical care, so selecting the facility keep in mind, that good clinics offer medical assistance and post-operative care, without having to move to the hotel right after the surgery.

    CHOOSE YOUR SURGEON

Check his/her qualifications. In Poland, all doctors who have the second degree specialization in plastic surgery are members of ‘the Polish Society of Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery’.

PROVIDE YOUR SURGEON WITH INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR HEALTH

Ask your plastic surgeon about the risk associated with surgery. Discuss with him your expectations of the anticipated outcome of the surgery. Learn what to expect during the recovery period. Inform your doctor about your health issues and past surgical procedures as it may have an influence on qualification for surgery.

    ON THE DAY OF OPERATION:

    Arrival

Blood tests (the results are ready within 4-5 hours)

    Preoperative consultation (with the doctor)

Preparation for surgery (disinfection shower, completing the medical records, consultation with the anesthesiologist)

The detailed descriptions of various surgeries and aesthetic medicine treatments can be found on our website.

    TAKE YOUR OWN DECISIONS!

The real expert about your appearance is you and just you! Do not let anyone to take the decision for you. Plastic surgeon will tell you what is technically possible to do, what you can expect, and what complications may occur.

    Postoperative recommendations

Postoperative recommendations may vary depending on patient condition, method of operation and the doctor who performs the procedure. Each patient receives the personal list of postoperative recommendations at the discharge from the clinic. Fixed points of postsurgical instructions:
